The one-hour documentary and behind-the-scenes look at the biggest aviation party of the century: "The Cross Canada Century Flight 2009". With a cast of hundreds and planes from just about every class of aircraft in Canada, this is a story of 100 years of aviation. Set to the backdrop of high definition aerials of coast to coast Canada, this is destined to become John Lovelace's crowning achievement of over 100 TV episodes dedicated to Canadian aviation.

Celebrity pilot John Lovelace takes us on a light hearted journey of discovery of hidden hideaways found along the Pacific West Coast. The idea is to discover that perfect place to vacation or retire from Alaska, British Columbia, USA west coast and Mexico. We journey by private plane in an aerial search  for these remote escapes from cottages and lodges to high-end Mexican ocean front homes. Each week the viewer discovers off the beaten path destinations for any budget and lifestyle!

The series appeals to anyone young or old linked by the passion of Travel and Adventure. From arm chair travellers to young ecotourists looking for low cost adventure, to affluent baby boomers looking for a relaxing vacation or retirement living.

From years of hosting travel adventure TV John Lovelace is known for his laid back self effacing style. Each week the viewer gets an honest presentation of the subject including fishing goof ups, travel mixups, and an honest evaluation of locations from a traveler who is more interested in substance then style.

This summer 120 airplanes will fly from all regions of Canada to meet up in the Yukon. The city of Whitehorse will form the Backdrop of the biggest group flight of civilian aircraft ever.
