NewEdge has three month internships to work on Broadcast TV Programming. All Candidates must have completed or in their final semesters of an approved Course at a recognized school. 


You will be based in Richmond BC we will be filming in BC, Ontario, Florida, Mexico and Haiti. Candidates must be in good physical condition, must be free to travel, posses a valid passport and will be expected to work long days when required. 

Work involves pre-production planning, administrative office duties, camera work, and editing.


April 1st to June 30th -  One opening 

July to September -  Two openings 

October to December 10th - One opening 


This is a paid internship with a 1000.00 honorarium paid on completion on the internship

Documentary Videographers Wanted for Ongoing Contracts


NewEdge Entertainment is looking for contract shooters on an ongoing basis. Company is currently producing two half hour documentary/lifestyle shows as well as several 1 hour specials. 


Ideal Candidate should have formal training and at least one year of experience with fast paced news or documentary shooting.  


Familiarity with Sony HVRZ7U and HVR270U or similar HD Cameras, as well as wireless lavs and shotgun microphones required. 

Shoots will be on an ongoing basis throughout BC and Western Canada as well as the United States and Mexico. 


Wage will be on a daily or weekly basis and will be determined based on experience. 


Valid passport and class 5 drivers license required.

CAMERA OPERATOR

NewEdge Entertainment is looking for a junior marketing and sales coordinator. Successful applicant must be outgoing, energetic and enjoy both telephone and face to face contact with clients. Previous sales experience or television production experience considered an asset. 


Must have a valid class 5 BC drivers license.
